Who We Are

Established in 2000, we are an award-winning musical theatre company producing about ten musicals every year. Our stepping stone programs have kids working on material at their age and skill level with peers. As they grow, our program grows with them, offering classes and shows of increasing levels and challenges and offering a clear path forward. When they are ready, students can even audition to be a part of our competition teams. Quality shows are important to us, but more importantly, we value the experience these kids have with us. We are not a ‘starmaker’ program. We do not choose one favorite to play every lead. We work hard to balance our casting choices so that each student has the opportunity to learn and grow through their role and to take on larger roles as they become ready for them. A student who played the lead princess in the last show may end up as an ensemble member or a villain in the next, presenting them with new challenges and their peers with new opportunities. Every student is called to every rehearsal, and we work to incorporate all of our cast into as many parts of each show as possible. Our students help build props or work on costumes. They tech each other’s shows, and our older students have the opportunity to work as interns, teaching and creating positive examples for the younger generations. Our motto is Play to Learn, Learn to Grow, Grow to Lead, and it is very important to us. We are an all-inclusive, safe environment. Students of different abilities, races, genders, orientations and diversities of all kind are all welcomed here.
